Il Colore del Grano was born from the restoration of an early twentieth-century farmhouse, nestled in the gentle hills of Le Marche, between Fano and Pesaro. The property has been fully renovated while preserving the original soul of its materials: wooden beams, exposed brick and local stone coexist with all modern comforts.
The name is a tribute to the landscape that surrounds the property: the golden wheat fields that sway in the summer breeze and paint the hills in a warm, unique, unforgettable colour.
Il Colore del Grano is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Le Marche, yet just as rewarding as a destination in itself. It’s a place to pause, slow down, and rediscover the joy of life’s simplest pleasures.
Here, time unfolds at a gentler pace. Mornings begin with birdsong, golden fields stretch to the horizon, and the peaceful rhythm of the countryside accompanies every moment of your stay.
The spacious garden invites you to embrace outdoor living—read beneath the shade of the trees, gather around the traditional stone barbecue for an al fresco meal, cool off with a refreshing swim in the pool, or simply relax and savour the silence.
"And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: it is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince
